The term "benchmade" is used when an item is individually built from start to finish on the bench of a highly skilled carpenter. In an era of mass production, imports and computerized machinery, this is an art form seldom used by most furniture manufacturers. We use select domestic hardwoods and manufacture our furniture in the U.S.A hand rubbed finish is carefully applied to each piece before it is inspected by one of our quality control team members.
