Mission of this SiteThis website is a gateway to Ga Ga Designs, an interior design company based in Southern California. This site allows you to have a sneak peak at what many of our celebrity clients have designed and purchased for their children. Ga Ga Designs would love to schedule an in-home consultation and start the design process with you, however this site now provides a way for many of our clients to create the nursery of their dreams without the costly retainer fees. Our experienced design consultants can help you with anything from theme development, to safety tips, to how to stay within your budget. Don’t see what you’re looking for?We have many custom and unique items for you to choose from through our interior design company that may not be available on this site. If you’re a Southern California Resident you may want the special touch of custom built-ins, murals, and more through our design service. Custom Furniture, Bedding and AccessoriesGa Ga Designs offers many custom-designed furniture, bedding and personalized accessories. Because these items are made to order items, please make sure you carefully select and input the appropriate information. These items cannot be canceled, return or exchanged. Due to the customization of each item, delivery times range from 2-8 weeks depending on the artist and manufacturer. Ga Ga Designs is not responsible for unexpected delays in shipping. Feel free to call our design consultants for a more accurate and detailed time frame. Returns and ExchangesWe want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you our not happy with a standard stocking order it can be return or exchanged for a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. The returned item must be in its original condition and packing. Gifts purchases can be exchanged or returned for a store credit. There are no refunds issues on gift certificates. Ga Ga Designs will not refund the shipping cost , and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you return an item that was shipped to you free of charged you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges. In some cases a 10% restocking fee will apply to made-to-order items. Personalized items, hand paintings, custom bedding and furniture as well as any made-to-order product required payment in full and cannot be returned. For questions on any items that are not returnable please contact us for more details. CancellationsCancellations must be made within 2 business days of placing your order. If the order has already shipped please see our return and exchange policy. WarrantiesGa Ga Designs upholds the same warranties offered by are artist and manufactures of the products we carry. For specific warranty information on your product of choice, we suggest you call a Ga Ga Designs consultant. Special Order Time FramesGa Ga Designs makes every effort to expedite your order. However, most items available on this site are customized and have a waiting time of anywhere from 2-8 weeks. If you have special needs, and need your order rushed we may be able to expedite the time frame for an additional fee. Contact Us for more details Delivery Options1. Standard Delivery: Your order will arrive on a tractor trailer truck to your address. The driver will move your freight to the back of the truck. Removing freight from the truck is your responsibility. Tracking numbers will be made available the day your product ships, you may track it online, or call the freight company for an estimated time of delivery, appointments are not available. Delivery will occur during normal business hours. Re-delivery will incur additional charges. It is strongly advised that you arrange for additional help unloading when freight arrives. This service can take up to 6 business days in transit. 2. Standard Plus Delivery: Your order will arrive on a small truck. The items will be moved by 2 deliverymen. They will bring the product to the inside of your front door only. Freight Company will call to set an appointment for delivery. Please note: This service may not be available in all areas, and there could be extra fees involved for deliveries higher than the 1st floor without an elevator. This service can take up to 15 business days in transit. **For Southern California Deliveries we can arrange for an additional fee to have the items delivered and set-up in your room of choice. Please call a Ga Ga Designs consultant to place your order and arrange this ** Special In-Home Delivery Service. Valuable Advice on Receiving Freight and Shipping - please read: Upon Delivery: Prior to signing for your delivery it is imperative that you take a few precautionary steps. No claims can be made for missing or damaged items, unless you follow these steps. We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines; they can help make receiving freight a much easier experience.
If there is any damage to your product, refuse the shipment. You have the option of refusing the entire shipment or just a portion of the shipment. Keep all packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order. The manufacturer will not provide additional packaging materials should the need arise. If you receive any damaged merchandise, are unsure whether to accept a damaged shipment, or have any other questions, then please call us at 818-366-8787 immediately. 3. UPS Ground: This service can take between 1 to 5 business days. Our smaller items are usually shipped with this method, i.e. bedding, wall hangings, lighting, clothing and accessories. This service is not available for furniture items and larger products, as they exceed size and weight limitations. Shipping AddressGa Ga Designs Sales TaxSince Ga Ga Designs is located in California, we are required to charge 8.25% sales tax on orders shipped to California address.
